Auf xbox360achievements.org wurden nun die ersten 50 Achievements bekannt gegeben. Diese sind zwar nur für die Xbox360 Version, die Pc Version sollte sich allerdings kaum davon unterscheiden. Wer Left 4 Dead 1 gespielt hat, wird sicherlich einige davon wiedererkennen, es wurden aber natürlich auch neue Achievements für die neuen Gegner erstellt.

- A RIDE DENIED 15G
Kill a Jockey within 2 seconds of it jumping on a Survivor.
- A SPITTLE HELP FROM MY FRIENDS 15 G
As the Spitter, spit on a Survivor being choked by a Smoker.
- ACID REFLEX 15G
Kill a Spitter before she is able to spit.
- ARMORY OF ONE 15G
Deploy an ammo upgrade and have your team use it.
- BACK IN THE SADDLE 15G
As the Jockey, ride the Survivors twice in a single life.

In a Survival round, get a medal only using melee weapons.
